Modern and convenient dormitory exclusively for civilized residents in Da Nang.

Concerned about the living quality of students and working individuals who are far from their hometowns in the city of Da Nang, haunted by temporary, damp, and poorly ventilated rooms, the Van Minh dormitory chain was born. Van Minh provides fully furnished and bright rooms and carefully selects residents and guides them toward a civilized lifestyle.

Bright and airy living spaces are located in the central districts of Da Nang.

Natural light streams through every hallway of the building. Fresh air flows from the main entrance, through the staircase and skylights, reaching the rooftop. The rooftop and walls are waterproofed to prevent water seepage, which can cause humidity in the rooms, especially during the heavy rain season from July to October in the Central region. Thanks to these measures, the bright and airy living spaces in Van Minh ensure the residents' well-being.

The central location in districts such as Hai Chau, Thanh Khe, and Lien Chieu allows you to commute to school or work within a 10-minute radius.

Convenient and youthful furnishings designed specifically for students and working individuals.

Each room is designed based on the real experiences of young people living in dormitories.

Hot water, energy-saving double-door refrigerators, and fully equipped kitchen cabinets, and sinks are the minimum amenities provided by Van Minh.

Van Minh understands that you will need a comfortable mattress of soft and thick latex, measuring 20cm in height for back support. Dining tables, study desks, and bookshelves accompany you during late-night overtime or exam preparations. A small, lovely makeup table with a lamp and a full-length mirror arranged near the entrance will help you check your confidence every time you go to school or work. The cream-white color and minimalist design of the furniture create a light and comfortable mindset, which is especially important when you spend 14 hours a day in your room.

A place where young, civilized, and dynamic residents live and thrive.

The property manager of Van Minh, after online consultations and in-person visits, will carefully select civilized young individuals suitable for residence. As Van Minh residents, we all adhere to common rules regarding lifestyle, respect for tranquility and cleanliness, and responsible use of shared spaces (parking lots, washing machines, and drying areas). We are always ready to support our fellow residents when their clothes are wet (being dried) due to rain or lend a helping hand when they are away. You can experience Van Minh's football team or read Van Minh's books during your stay here.

Van Minh's property manager is your friend and 24/7 support for residents.

Every week, the property manager will clean the common areas of the building. If a room has a malfunctioning fan, squeaky doors, or loose chair legs, the property manager will promptly fix them for the residents. If the issue cannot be resolved, the property manager will contact specialized maintenance technicians for assistance within 24 hours. Furthermore, if noise from a neighboring room bothers you, simply send a private message to the property manager to address the situation.

Van Minh believes that a comfortable living space and a civilized living environment have a positive impact on the mindset and success of young residents. Van Minh is proud to be the first dormitory chain to provide a comfortable and civilized living experience for students and working individuals in the city of Da Nang.
